This place is popular to a big group activities, they can accomodate large number of pax. Function rooms from small to big gaterings. Well maintained rooms and swimming pools. You can enjoy the wifi connection in your rooms and even in the looby of every floors of the buildings. Elevators are working, but if you want to spend some time in climbing the stairs while looking at the ethnic frames hanging on the walls. A hot and cold water dispensers are provided in every floor lobbies. It is just far to travel from center of the city going here at the in arevalo, specially during rush hours.

What a wonderful place to stay while in Iloilo... The place is sooo clean, so safe and so good... And plenty of rooms to choose from... function to ballroom name it, they have it...not to mention their pool...

Unable to contact them, wrote on email and facebook, never got a response. Facility needs renovation, poor breakfast, unfriendly staff.

The resort looks better in person at night with the lights and mansion-like columns in their architectural designs. It has its own character although the resort has been there since I can remember. It can accommodate a few thousand delegates in their guest rooms and restaurants/cafés.

We stayed there for 4 days this month. The smell of the cigarette is entering the room, from the hallway, the smell is too overwhelming, not nice for non smokers like us, good thing the first time we reported the issue, they attended fast. However, the other day, the smell of the cigarette was there again. Also, in our four days stay, there is no changing of linens, even though we checked-in 1 day advanced before the 3-day seminar.

Good place with pool u can dance and drink food is good and room clean and net even the elevator good in service for me I'm satisfied in thier service I love to stay and back again ❤
